REEL judges
ONE of this years REELmad judges and REELmad MC is comedian/actor Michael Veitch of the hit series The D-Generation and Fast Forward; now host of The ABC's Sunday Arts Program.

Ted Emery - REELmad judge
Ted Emery has an extensive history in the Australian film and television industry. He directed The Craic and his TV credits include popular music series Countdown, news and current affairs for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, documentaries End of a Decade, Australian Youth Orchestra and Broadford '83, and comedy programs D-Generation, Acropolis Now, Fast Forward, Full Frontal, Eric Bana Special, Jimeoin, The Micallef Programme and the smash hit Kath & Kim.

Maryjeanne Watt is a post-production supervisor and editor - worked on numerous telly shows - Secret Life of Us, City Homicide etc - as well as films (The Jammed) and just happens to be the sister of the famous Sarah Watt.

Alex Mankiewcz - REELmad workshop mediator, lecturer and REELmad judge
Raised in a film family (father Joseph Mankiewicz a four time Oscar winner, brother writer of Superman, James Bond and uncle of Citizen Kane), she has been reading and analysing scripts from a very young age. Completed art and film studies at University. Worked as a script analyst in LA, video assistant in Paris, concept artist for Disney, an actor for 20th C. Fox (she says a very small role), assistant location and props manager in NY and a storyboard artist in LA.
